My therapy patients tend to be young adults and middle aged individuals. Affording insight in the lifespan is my goal, and I focus on reaching that goal in a number of different ways. Through better insight and goal-oriented purpose, we identify the outcomes to strive for. I have a wide-ranging experience working with young children to adults.
I have extensive experience in assessing and addressing trauma and trauma-based concerns, i.e., anxiety and PTSD, and utilize several modalities to address these issues, and to strengthen the coping skills necessary to overcome these concerns. I am also in partnership with local Ketamine clinics to provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
I specialize in a variety of psychological assessments, treatment planning, and work in collaboration with many other health care professionals. Being able to provide treatment options and collaboration with other professionals helps to address all aspects of treatment.
